I believe that meaningful learning requires deep processing on the part of the learner.
There are many ways a teacher can help.
Providing structure, content, motivation, and feedback are only a few of the means to facilitate active learning.
At Pacific I hope to be a member of a learning community, to continue to teach creatively, and to study challenging issues in school psychology.
I wish to continue my own learning along with students and colleagues.
The goal is to find ways for future professionals to promote more effectively the cognitive, emotional, and social development of children and adults in schools.
