7.9.4 Definition of Severe Sanctions
Severe sanctions are (1) a temporary or permanent reduction in base salary; (2) a specified period of suspension without pay as to certain or all duties at the University; (3) termination from the University for disciplinary reasons. All other sanctions are non-severe.
