Eberhardt 16-Month MBA Program

The Eberhardt MBA has a global orientation and is designed around an intensive phase of foundation courses and an advanced phase of integrated management studies. Many of the classes incorporate real world projects from companies who need advanced business assistance. As part of your 53-unit program, you may be asked to write a business or marketing plan, conduct a feasibility study, or help bring new products to market.

START HERE.

August
A week-long Leadership Academy, where you will meet your cohort, work on leadership and teambuilding projects, and begin to hone your presentation skills. There will be interaction with the community, business and civic leaders, team competitions, and social activities including travel to a "mystery" destination. Coursework begins the immediate Monday following.

Fall Semester
An 18-unit intensive Applied Business Principles course covers accounting, data and decisions, financial management, management and organizational behavior, managerial economics, management information systems, marketing management, strategy formulation, and career development.

Spring Semester
Fifteen units of advanced MBA courses covering corporate finance, entrepreneurial management, global strategic marketing, quality and productivity and a course in your chosen specialized track.

Early Summer
A three-unit Global Business Competition course which requires two to three weeks in an international location to study competition in global markets. Recent locations have included Panama and Costa Rica; Taipei and Hong Kong; Lyon, France; and London, England.

Mid-Late Summer
An eight to 10-week MBA-level internship where you will be able to immediately begin putting your advanced management knowledge and skills into practice. Eberhardt MBA development career professionals will work with you hand-in-hand to land a targeted experience.

Fall Semester
Advanced MBA courses in your second year totalling 17 units covering leadership, negotiation, strategy implementation, corporate social responsibility, and three electives in your chosen specialized track.

December
MBA program Completion.
