MBA Orientation

Mandatory Orientation 

All elements of orientation (a.k.a. Leadership Academy) are mandatory, so please be sure to take care of any personal business before or after orientation. We recommend that out-of-state and international students arrive to Stockton several days before orientation in early August (usually 1st Monday of month) so that issues of housing and transportation can be resolved prior to the start of orientation.

Key Elements

The orientation elements are designed to provide a high-level overview of the Eberhardt MBA and begin developing the key skills that will be used throughout the entire MBA Program. While exact details of the next orienattion are still in the works, past elements and activities have included:

• University policies & regulations
• Library and research resources
• Sharepoint and technology overview
• Professional communications and presentation seminar
• Intercultural conflict styles
• Teambuilding event
• Teambuilding project
• Golf for Business event
