Gender Studies Program
() - The Gender Studies Program will sponsor a student research conference on Gender and Science. The keynote speaker will be Banu Subramaniam from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Dr. Subramaniam is a Biologist who specializes in Science, Gender and Race, whose work builds bridges between the natural sciences, the social sciences, and the humanities. The multi-disciplinary conference will invite research presentations from undergraduate and masters students in the natural sciences, social sciences and humanities, and is especially welcoming of research projects that are interdisciplinary in nature.
