This workshop is designed to provide information and assistance to faculty and staff interested in developing their research and ideas into commercial opportunities, such as through funding their development efforts, obtaining patents, licensing/selling intellectual property, starting a business, etc. The workshop will feature presentations by experts in entrepreneurship, technology transfer, venture funding, business incubators and university mechanisms to promote the commercialization process, and provide an opportunity for Pacific faculty and staff to discuss ways the University can support their entrepreneurial efforts.
