Video Conference Reservation

This form is required to schedule all video/audio conferences originating at the main Stockton Campus, and connecting to the McGeorge School of Law and/or the  School of Dentistry.

Completing this form reserves and schedules the video/audio conferences system.  It does not book the room itself.  You must book the room through the administrative office in that area.  Click Here for rooms at Pacific with video/audio conferences capabilities.  Please reserve it for 1/2 hour before the actual meeting start time.  This lead time is required for technicians to make any adjustments or corrections that may be necessary. 

Select N/A-Audio Only to connect multiple callers to your office phone to lead an audio only conference.  You will be provided with connection infromation to allow callers to connect to your conference.

You will be sent confirmation of your scheduled video/audio conferences at the email address you provide. 

Please Note: Only one form is needed per conference session, there is no need for multiple forms from each site.

This form must be submitted one week before the meeting to guarantee your reservation.
Meetings can only be scheduled one month in advance

Room #2

Room #2 is the other location that will be joining you in the audio/video conference. You MUST include a contact name and number (This is the main contact at that site that is attending the meeting). If this is a mult-site conference, please include the information for the third and fourth (if applicable) rooms. If you are requestion a audio-only conference and are not using a conference room, choose "N/A - Audio Only" from the room drop down menu.
