If you would like the University of the Pacific to discuss details of your account with someone other than yourself, complete the 
Release of Information Authorization Form and return it to the Student Loans Department either in person or via fax at (209) 946-2653.
Please note: You may revoke permission at any time by providing written instruction to our office.
