





Recommended Transfer Coursework: Economics
The following courses will serve as a guide for students wishing to transfer to the University of Pacific in Economics.
Recommended Courses:
Introductory Microeconomics, Introductory Macroeconomics, Intermediate Microeconomics, Intermediate Macroeconomics and Statistics
Students pursuing particular paths in Economics should complete their lower division requirements with an emphasis on the following requirements:
Political Science courses for Political Economy
Foreign Language courses for International Economics
Business courses for International Economics
Business courses for Applied Economics
Math courses for Mathematical Economics
Transfer students should take as many core courses as possible. Students should also do preparation in Mathematics, from high school algebra to calculus.
