Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)

To apply for the DPT program you must complete the following:

• Apply online via Physical Therapy Centralized Application Service (PTCAS)
• Complete the downloadable DPT  supplemental application

Fall 2009 applications (including instructions) are available online via the Physical Therapy Centralized Application Service (PTCAS).  The Deadline to submit your application and materials to PTCAS is October 20, 2008.  Priority consideration is given to applications materials received by October 1st.


Supplemental Application for Physical Therapy Admission
In addition to the PTCAS application, a supplemental application is required by the University of the Pacific. The supplemental application (including instructions), $50  supplemental application fee and required materials must be received by the University of the Pacific by October 20, 2008.  Priority consideration is given to application materials received by October 1st.
