Evaluation of the President

  1. The Executive Committee shall serve as the Evaluation Committee.

  2. Annually, by June 15th, the President shall submit to the Executive Committee a written report of the accomplishments of the past year and his objectives for the new year.

  3. The Board Chair shall request all Board members to submit to him, in written form, their confidential comments regarding the President's performance. The Chair will summarize the responses with the Executive Committee.

  4. The President will meet with the Executive Committee for a personal discussion regarding his performance in the past year and objectives for the new year.

  5. The Executive Committee will privately review and make recommendations for the Board Chair to discuss with the President.

  6. The Board Chair will provide the President with a written summary of the Executive Committee's evaluation, which will be placed in the President's personal file.
