Social & Emotional Competency
Beginning in the academic year 2007-2008, Pacific is studying how to embed social and emotional competency to be a hallmark of a Pacific education. With its long tradition of student centeredness and its focus on whole-student learning, Pacific is uniquely situated to model deep learning approaches that ensure both academic and personal success. Our intention is to develop a curriculum and co-curriculum that prepare students to be outstanding leaders of professions, as well as outstanding professionals.
