A degree in electrical engineering gives you the opportunity to work in many of the following industries:

The electrical engineers can choose from many positions depending on his/her interest:
- Research engineers – work in the lab, testing and inventing
- Design engineers – uses computer simulations and models in order to turn innovations into plans
- Project engineers – oversees the construction of a new product or technology
- Test engineers – designs programs to test the functions of electronic devices
- System engineers – install and maintain power grids, phone lines and wireless networks
- Application engineer – adapt existing equipment and technologies to fill the needs of their employers.
