"I'd have to say that choosing Pacific's engineering program was one of the best moves that I've ever made. The reason that I choose Pacific had a lot to do with the fact that I was actually home schooled by my parents until I finished my high school course work. Most of the other Universities that I was considering at the time had very large class sizes and were often taught by graduate students. I personally felt that I would benefit more from being able to interact directly with my Professors. I also felt that if I came to Pacific, I wouldn’t be lost in the crowd, and there would be a higher chance that I would find a mentor/professor that truly knew who I was. Striving to meet my professor's expectations definitely stretched my abilities and helped to prepare me for a challenging and satisfying career. My current position currently uses a lot of interpersonal skills gained from working on team projects while at Pacific. It also involves a great deal of documentation as we gather client requirements. As we proceed with the project, I will also have the opportunity to use my Java programming skills gained from Pacific."
