"The University of the Pacific is a great place to transfer to in engineering. Pacific rewards professors for teaching quality more than most universities, so they provide a great experience for undergraduates. If you want a nurturing environment with relatively small classes like community college, check out Pacific. Plus, they have a mandatory internship program in engineering- the only university I know of that does. That is a great thing! You get terrific relevant experience, and earn money to help pay your expenses. Don't assume you can't afford Pacific. They offer excellent financial aid packages. Just apply for admission, and see what happens."
