At this time the Cowell Wellness Center does not offer health insurance coverage to students who are no longer enrolled in at least 6 units. Aetna Student Health does offer special plans for students who are not eligible for student health insurance. Please see the 
Aetna Student Health site for rates and further information.
If your coverage with the student health insurance plan from Aetna Student Health extends past your time at Pacific and you are no longer eligible for services at the Cowell Wellness Center, you do not need a referral. At this time you should use the DocFind feature from Aetna or call the Aetna Student Health customer service number on the back of your card. Please also inform Aetna Student Health of your change in student status to ensure timely claims processing.
We are more than happy to get your medical records to your new provider once you fill out the 
Medical Release form and return it to the Cowell Wellness Center. Remember to fill it out completely with all requested information.
The student health insurance plan only covers vaccines at the Cowell Wellness Center. However, you can go to Public Health of San Joaquin County and receive a discounted rate without using your insurance plan.
