Housing Master Plan

Housing that successfully recruits students and retains them on-campus is developed not only by providing physical amenities but also by tailoring the residential life character to a desired campus social culture. Through an 18 month planning process involving students, faculty, staff, and an external consultant, Pacific developed a Housing Master Plan to guide the growth and renovation of housing facilities on the Stockton Campus. Over the next 15 years, Pacific will move strategically to upgrade facilities and build new housing to exceed the demands of the modern student while providing a vibrant on-campus living-learning community.
