- High school transcripts
- Evaluation from Educational Credential Evaluators
- Official AP test scores
- Copy of Pharmacy Technical License
- Copies of Course catalog of course current or planned to be enrolled.
- Official transcripts from unaccredited U.S. Institutions
International applicants must also supply the following information to Pacific.
- Funding letter on official bank stationary
- Copy of I-20 and I-94 forms
- Physical permanent international address
