What does the office of University Major Gifts do?
1. University Major Gifts is responsible for fundraising for special projects:
- Alex & Jeri Vereschagin Alumni House
- John T. Chambers Technology Center - School of Engineering and Computer Sciences
- Janet Leigh Theater

2. University Major Gifts secures Endowments:
- Scholarships
- Special Funds
- Professorships
3. University Major Gifts oversees the Office of Stewardship & Donor Relations:
- Donor recognition for buildings & signage
- Donor acknowlegement for endowments
- Annual Endowments Report
- Court of Sponsors Brick recognition and celebration
- Promotes a donor focused philosophy within the Pacific community
4. Collaborates with the following offices to identify, strategize, and build relationships through Alumni and friends to assist them in achieving their dreams by supporting opportunities to make a transformational gift to support a University that they love, a student centered learning environment, and tomorrow's leaders:
- Office of the President
- University Vice Presidents and Cabinet
- Office of the Provost
- Schools and Colleges
- Pacific Alumni Association
- Office of Student Life
- Pacific Campus Communities
- Pacific Fund
