Weather Alert for Commencement Day

Dear Commencement Participants and Attendees:
We are very excited to celebrate Pacific's 2008 graduates on Commencement Day of Saturday, May 17. The weather is expected to reach 100 degrees that day, so we want to make sure all participants and attendees take the necessary precautions to deal with this extreme temperature. Please remember to drink plenty of water before and on the day of commencement. Bring hats and sunscreen, and plan on wearing loose clothing that day. Though we will be providing water across campus at the event, please bring whatever items necessary to accommodate your needs. These are necessary measures to ensure a successful, happy and healthy day.
