Reminder for Video and Audio Conference Scheduling

The Customer Support Center (CSC) is the primary scheduling point for audio/video conferences. Parties that need to schedule conferences should follow these basic steps:

1.  Schedule all conferences five business days prior to the actual conference date. If a request is submitted with less than five days from the meeting date the CSC will only be able to provide audio conference capabilities; video conference will not be available. Conference requests placed the day of, or just hours before the meeting date/time, are not guaranteed and could very well be denied based on availability.

2.  Reserve the physical rooms that will be participating in the audio/video conference.

3.  Once the rooms have been reserved, submit the Video/Audio Conference Reservation Form. Follow the instructions for the form, as they are necessary to successfully submit a request.
