Stockton Chorale & Brubeck Institute Jazz Quintet to perform Dave Brubeck’s Pange Lingua Variations

(July 28, 2008) -

The BIJQ will join the Stockton Chorale, the city's exceptional civic choir under the direction of the Conservatory of Music's Dr. Ted Cetto, for two performances of Dave Brubeck's Pange Lingua Variations. Each concert will feature the Chorale doing a first half of outstanding choral works, and a second half with the BIJQ performing works of Dave Brubeck and others, and then joining the Chorale for the Variations. The times, dates, and locations are as follows.

Friday, October 24, 7:30 p.m. Quail Lakes Baptist Church in Stockton, CA

Sunday, October 26, 3:00 p.m. St. John's Episcopal Church in Lodi, CA
