Rolling Admissions

MAIR uses rolling admissions, which allows students to be admitted throughout the year and begin the program at the next residency. We encourage you to apply as soon as you have decided that the MAIR is the best program to meet your needs. There are, however, a series of deadlines connected to each admission period.

1.  Priority Deadlines

These deadlines are set for those applying for financial aid consideration. Financial aid administered by University of the Pacific is available only to U.S. citizens and eligible noncitizens. Students who intend to apply for federal student loans are advised to complete the admission application process and file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by these dates:

                    January Residency - OCTOBER 1

                    July Residency - MARCH 2

2.  International Student Deadlines

International applicants must submit a complete application packet three months prior to the desired start date, as follows:

                    January Residency - OCTOBER 1

                    July Residency - MARCH 2

3.  Rolling Deadlines

Admission decisions are expected within six weeks of receipt of a complete application packet. If the application is completed less that six weeks prior to the desired term, the student cannot be guaranteed admission.

                    January Residency - NOVEMBER 17

                    July Residency - MAY 15

We require sufficient time to review the application and complete the admission process so that students can be enrolled by the start of the next residency. Therefore, we strongly encourage early applications.
