The Symphonic Wind Ensemble presents “A Year That Changed the World: 1968”.  Music includes “Statement” by Stockton native Brent Heisinger; a celebration of Norman Dello Joio’s life with his 1968 composition “Fantasies on a Theme by Haydn”; and Karel Husa’s monumental work “Music for Prague: 1968” as well as snippets of the best from the pops of that year including Sergeant Pepper, Hair, Funny Girl, and more.
