Pharm D. Courses in Progress or Planned

The Courses in Progress or Planned section of the online application is required since all Pharmacy Pre-requisites must be completed, in progress or planned before your application for admission will be reviewed.

You have through the summer prior to entrance to complete your requirements. We request information on the Course Titles and Departments and the Term and the Institution you are currently taking or plan on taking the courses at.

You are required to advise the Admission Office of any changes (please download and use form below) regardless of whether the courses are pre-requisites to the program. We request you to list the Course Title, Course Department and Number, Enrollment term, and the Institution you are completing the course at.
