CSC Server Migration
(March 3, 2009) -
On Sunday, March 8, 2009 from 10:00AM till 12:00 Noon, The Customer Support Center will be migrating three servers to the new OIT Datacenter.
All users of the HEAT Call Logging system will be unable to log in to the HEAT application during this time.
Additionally, Symantec Client Security will not be able to communicate with Pacantivirus during downtime. Computers will still be protected from viruses as the software will otherwise function normally.
