CNN had a story about juveniles who are convicted of homicide and serve life sentences with no possibility of parole. Harriet Salerno, the mother of a Pacific student who was killed by her ex-boyfriend on Pacific's Stockton campus in 1979, was interviewed for the story. The homicide was mentioned in the story: CNN.
