What is Pacific's Policy for charging/ reversing student health insurance to the student account?

New Student Health Insurance Policy: Students registered for 9 units or more will have the health insurance premium charged to their student account when fees associated with registration in the upcoming semester are assessed. To reverse the health insurance charge, students must:

The waiver deadline is September 14, 2009 for the fall. If the student is new to the University in the spring the waiver deadline is February 12, 2010 . Waivers only need to be filed once per academic year. Late waivers will not be accepted. Instructions to complete the waiver can be found at the Insurance Office.

If the student withdraws from Pacific, the student health insurance plan is not refundable after 30 days from the start of the term and is not refundable if a claim has been filed.
