What to do with a Film Studies Degree?

Students can take film courses to enhance their liberal education by cultivating critical and aesthetic knowledge, or they may use their studies to enter a variety of professions.

Career paths may include:

  • Computer software
  • Graphic design
  • Entertainment law
  • Production finance

Some students choose to apply to graduate programs in film, film and literature, and interdisciplinary studies. Also, students may pursue technical training in editing, cinematography, directing and screenwriting.
