




Pacific Facts: Jane Doe vs. University of the Pacific
University of the Pacific faces a lawsuit in United States District Court in Sacramento, "Jane Doe vs. University of the Pacific," case # 2:09-CV-00764-FCD-KJM. The lawsuit, filed March 18, 2009, contains many inaccuracies. The University's response was filed May 26, 2009, and fully responds to every allegation in the lawsuit.
