ED.D graduate from the Gladys L. Benerd School of Education, appointed Kern County Schools Superintendent.
(June 29, 2009) - Associate Superintendent Christine Lizardi Frazier will be replacing Larry Reider, current and soon to be retired Superintendent of Kern County schools. The trustees of the Kern County Board of Education appointed Frazier effective July 1. Ms. Frazier has been active in ACSA and has served on the state ACSA Board of Directors representing Region 11 from 2005-2008. Christine Frazier is a distinguished graduate from the ED.D program at the University of the Pacific's Gladys L. Benerd School of Education.
