Becoming an Authorized User

If You Are a Student

Students are automatically authorized to access their accounts online through  insidePacific.  After logging into insidePacific, click the "submit" button on the "Manage Your Account" channel.

After logging in using insidePacific, you can:

  • View account activity and monthly statements
  • Make one-time payments
  • Enroll in a monthly payment plan
  • Set up "Authorized Users." Authorized Users may only view financially related content.
  • If You are a Parent or Third-Party Payer

    A student must make you an Authorized User. Once you are an Authorized User, you will:

  • Receive an email that includes a user ID, a temporary password, and a link to link to external web page ePay
  • Receive e-mail notification whenever an e-bill is ready for viewing
  • Receive access to view, manage or make online payments to a student's account.
