Re-Entry
The re-entry interview and associated forms must be completed before your overseas grades are articulated onto your Pacific transcript. If you need these grades immediately upon your return, you will need to request they be expedited by your education abroad program/host university. It is best to do this in person while you are still abroad.
As soon as your overseas grades are received by IPS, a default e-mail will be sent to your Pacific e-mail address to remind you to schedule your re-entry interview with the Education Abroad Advisor.
The re-entry interview generally takes 10-15 minutes if both re-entry forms have been completed beforehand. Once these forms and your re-entry interview are complete, your overseas grades will be articulated onto your Pacific transcript, usually within 3-4 weeks.
IPS does not have the authority to change any overseas grades. If you have a grade dispute, you will need to contact the professor of the course abroad, the program provider, and/or the resident director.
