The Family Education Right to Privacy Act  (FERPA), also known as the Buckley Amendment, is a Federal law that protects the privacy of student records.

To allow Student Accounts staff to discuss your account with your parent or guardian, you must manually add them as an Authorized User online by accessing Manage Your Account, through  insidePacific.  This will also allow them to make online payments.
