Jane Kenworthy

Jane Kenworthy has been Executive Director of the Stockton Symphony since April 2008.  Prior to coming to California, she was Executive Director of the Fairfax (VA) Symphony Orchestra where she spearheaded the organization’s financial turnaround.  Ms. Kenworthy has over 30 years of performing arts management experience in marketing, audience develpment, and as a personnel manager, librarian and executive director.  She has held top administrative positions with the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, Dubuque Symphony Orchestra, (IA), Roanoke Symphony Orchestra (VA), Greater Twin Cities Youth Symphony, Annapolis Symphony Orchestra, Handel Choir of Baltimore, Washington Bach Consort, Greater Boston Youth Symphony, Wolf Trap Farm Park for the Performing Arts, Alexandria Symphony Orchestra (VA), and the Mount Vernon Chamber Orchestra (VA).  She began her arts career working in the concert bureau of  the Manhattan School of Music (NY).
Ms. Kenworthy teaches Performing Arts Administration at Pacific and actively mentors Pacific students as interns with the Stockton Symphony.
