Student Loans Department
The Student Loans Department, located on the Stockton campus, administers the Federal Perkins Loan, the Health Professions Student Loan (HPSL) and Institutional Loans for the Stockton campus, 
McGeorge School of Law and Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry.
The Student Loans Department utilizes an outside billing vendor, Educational Computer Systems Incorporated (ECSI), to process billing statements and loan payments.
To access your account online, view your Annual Disclosure Statement, access the Release of Information Authorization form, or make a payment, visit ECSI. You will need the School Code, which is Z4; your Personal Pin Number, located on the bottom left corner of your ECSI statement; and your Account Number, which is your 9-digit Pacific Identification Number.
