Apartment Communities
The apartment communities at Pacific offer a different housing option for upper-division students. In
addition to bedroom furnishings including a bed, dresser, desk, and desk chair, the Monagan Hall, Brookside Hall, McCaffrey, Towerview, and Townhouse apartments provide living room and dining furnishings. Monagan and Brookside Halls feature internet connections in each bedroom and the living rooms.
All other apartment facilities feature at least one Internet connection per unit. Local phone service is available in the residential facilities at an extra cost to the student. Requests can be submitted to Customer Support Center. Telephone service to Towerview, McCaffrey Center, Townhouses, and Theta Chi is provided through AT&T and is the responsibility of the resident.
Students living in the apartment facilities are required to have a Bronze Meal Plan.
