Description: The Office of Admissions and the Career Resource Center will be co-sponsoring a webinar entitled, "Keys to Recruit and Retain African American Students for Your College". This webinar will focus on issues around engagement of African American students from early recruitment through graduation and how campuses can develop a culture to overcome critical hurdles. The speaker is Dr. Pogue who is the CEO of The College Doctor LLC, and Director of the Educational Opportunity Program at Binghamton University. His fields of expertise include student success, retention and graduation, higher education finance models, organizational theory, behavior and leadership.

Following the 60 minute presentation will be a discussion and reflection session. Refreshments will be offered. This topic is important to the University and all segments of the Pacific community are strongly urged to attend.
