Student Accounts Important Dates and Information

(November 18, 2009) -

University System Upgrade

The University will be doing a complete system upgrade November 20th at 2:30 PM- November 30th at 8:30 AM.  During this time students and Authorized Users will be unable to make payments or view their account information through our Bill+Payment software or through  insidePacific. 

Payments may still be mailed to the office or made online once the system is restored on November 30th.  Payments mailed to the office will be credited to the account on November 30th when the system upgrade is complete. Payments for the December 1st Pharmacy Winter Term Payment Deadline not received in the office or made online by December 5th will be considered late.

Other Important News:

Student Accounts will be closed November 26-27 (Thursday and Friday) in observance of Thanksgiving.

December 1st: Pharmacy Winter Payment Deadline.  Bills will be available online November 10th to provide students sufficient time to make a payment or establish a payment plan prior to the system wide upgrade.

January 1st: Spring Payment Deadline for non-pharmacy students. Bills, including Housing charges will be available online December 8th for students registered for Spring 2010.

Please note the following dates regarding bookstore charging privileges for students:

November 20, 2009 - Fall charging ends for All students enrolled for Fall 2009 

January 4, 2010 - Winter charging begins for students Financially Approved for Pharmacy Winter

January 7, 2010 - Spring charging begins for students Financially Approved for Spring 2010
