School of International Studies: Study Abroad

The study abroad philosophy at the School of International Studies is simple. We want to match your personal and career interests with the right location and the right sort of study abroad experience. This is why we now offer you more than 100 program sites in more than 50 countries.

If you want to study in Paris , for example, we will send you there to one of our three Parisian programs. But we know that not everyone who wants to study in France wants to live in Paris . You might want to go off the beaten path, so we make 6 other locations in France available. We have eleven programs in South Africa, eight in China and four in Costa Rica. As a School of International Studies student, you enjoy a range of choices rarely available to any other US undergraduate.

Credit for completion of program

Cost of the program

Study abroad tuition will be the same as on our home campus, no matter which program you choose. If you are receiving financial aid--and most School of International Studies students do get aid of some sort—it will apply to your overseas cost just the way it would if you stayed in the U.S.>
