Women's Soccer Hosts Final Regular Season Home and & Think Pink Games

As the Pacific women's soccer team concludes the home portion of its 2009 schedule, two teams atop the Big West Conference will come to visit. Pacific will also end its home schedule on a high note, honoring three seniors on Sunday, Oct. 25, as well as kicking off its first Think Pink game, in efforts to raise awareness for breast cancer research and funding. All fans attending the game are encouraged to wear Pink to the game!

The Tigers will welcome Cal Poly to Stagg Stadium on Friday, Oct. 23, at 7 p.m. and UC Santa Barbara on Sunday at Noon.

During Sunday's festivities, the Tigers will be wearing pink shirts in support of the Think Pink game. Additionally, a pre-game senior ceremony will honor seniors Chelsea Gomes, Lydia Jackson and Kellie Nakahara in the final home contest of their careers.
