Where: Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy, Pharmacy and Health Sciences Building

When: 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 31

Cost: Free and open to the public

Description: To end Pharmacy Month, AARP and the University of the Pacific School of Pharmacy will team up to bring medical services to the public. The event will be hosted by the Academy of Student Pharmacists (ASP). They will provide health screenings including: blood glucose, blood pressure, bone density, and cholesterol. Also, educating people regarding: heartburn, over the counter products, arthritis, and medications. There will be presentations on Medicare Part D, falls prevention and medication therapy.
