Housing Reservation Deposit

If you do not enroll at Pacific, your Housing Reservation Deposit is refundable until May 1 each year. After May 1, the deposit will be applied as a cancellation fee and is not refundable. Once you enroll in classes, approximately 1-2 weeks after the start of the semester, your Housing Deposit is credited to your student account.
