Living at Home

If you are a student with freshman or sophomore class standing and are under the age of 23, the University requires you to live on-campus. If you live with your parents/guardians in their permanent residence within 50 miles of the University of the Pacific's Stockton campus, you are exempted from the residency requirement.

To apply for the housing exemption, by June 30 you must submit the 2009-2010 Living at Home Request  along with a copy of a utility bill showing the parent's/guardian's name and the address shown on the application. All requests must be approved by the Director of Housing and Greek Life or designee in writing. If your request is not approved, you are responsible for all housing and dining costs for the academic year.
