Leadership Conferences
Each year the Office of Student Leadership & Involvement sponsors three, one-day leadership conferences for student leaders. Topics usually include goal setting, motivation, diversity, promotion and publicity, communications skills, and time management.
The dates each year are:
- The last weekend of September
- The the first weekend in February
- The last weekend of March.
The conferences include a keynote speaker, workshops, lunch, and plenty of great information to get you and your organization going for the year. It is designed to assist current and emerging leaders to work more effectively in organizations and as individuals. For the "seasoned" leader, an Excelled Leadership track is also available. A small fee is required, usually $10.00 to $15.00 per person.
