ASUOP Judiciary

The Judiciary handles infractions and interpretations of the ASUOP Constitution, Codes and approved Senate Legislation. It is composed of the Chief Justice and two Associate Justices. One is appointed by the President without Senate confirmation, one is appointed by the President with Senate confirmation, and one if appointed by the Senate President Pro-Tempore. The Justices elect the Chief Justice from Amongst themselves.
