Passport Leadership WorkshopThe Leadership Passport is a learn and lead program based upon the concept of "servant-leadership" and the Social Change Model. It is understood that leadership is a process of engagement with one’s self and others. You will be expected in life to exert leadership. We know that growth as a leader is a way of life, a process rather than a destination. Developing self-awareness is the first essential step on the journey toward becoming an effective leader. The journey continues by building a foundation based on ethical principles of social justice and a commitment to service and the common good. The Leadership Development Series is open to all Pacific students. Register early in order to receive your Passport prior to your first workshop.
