Reserving the Center
Information and policies for using BIC are derived from the University's "Scheduling Handbook" passed by the Board of Regents and other Boards within the University community, and published September 1993. The Scheduling Handbook should be used as a guide when planning events. Bechtel International Center may only be booked a month in advance for organizations with recurring events and activities.
The Center reserves the right to cancel an event if it is determined that a group has falsely represented itself in terms of size, philosophy, or intent.
