Monday through Thursday,
8:30 a.m.
to 10:00 p.m.
Center Usage
Events scheduled during regular hours do not require a deposit. Events hosted by the center are generally open to the public. Private or exclusive functions are only scheduled on an occasional basis.
Capacity
The maximum capacity of the main lounge is 100.
Funiture
The furniture, tables and chairs in the Center cannot be moved, unless you obtain permission before the event.
Serving Food
The Bechtel Center does not have a kitchen. All food must be catered or brought from the outside. Groups must furnish their own trash bags, tablecloths, dishes, cups/glasses, napkins, silverware, and utensils. All tables must be covered with tablecloths.
Clean Up
All organizations using the Center are responsible for removing all garbage and cleaning the Center after use. A large dumpster is located across from the IPS parking lot area. The IPS staff validates that all groups clean the Bechtel Center as agreed.
