Each student residence has a broadband Internet connection and a phone outlet. Wireless Internet access is available across most of the campus, but is not accessible in all areas. What You Will Need to ProvideYou must provide your own ethernet cable or wireless card, telephone, and telephone wiring from the phone to the phone outlet. If you need to buy these items, a computer, bicycle, or other items, the University provides shopping trips to local stores during Check-In and Orientation. Bringing a Car to PacificStockton, like many California cities, is mostly suburban in character and spread over a wide area. Most students find that a car makes it much easier to get around. City buses serve the campus area regularly. You must decide if the responsibility of a vehicle is worth the convenience. All vehicles must be registered and display a valid University parking permit. |
